🧩📚 5th Grade Story Detectives!

Our 5th graders put their reading, writing, and problem-solving skills to work today! Students were given a mixed-up story and had to determine the correct order of the sentences to solve the puzzle and reveal the complete story. 🔍✏️

Along the way, they learned just how important sequence and organization are when writing. When events are presented in a clear, logical order, a story makes sense and is much easier for the reader to follow!

Great job putting all those skills together, 5th grade! 👏📖

Our 6th graders took learning outside today! Students used themselves as part of their compass roses, creating them with sidewalk chalk while practicing north, south, east, and west. ☀️🎨

It was a fun, hands-on way to bring geography to life and help students get a better understanding of cardinal directions! 🗺️🧭

Today in Kindergarten, we practiced our counting skills with a fun hands-on activity! Students rolled the dice, counted the number, and moved their blocks from left to right on their mats. Learning math is so much more fun when we get to learn by doing! 💙✨
