The Hood River County Education Foundation (HRCEF) is proud to announce the recipients of its 2026 Impact Teaching Grants, awarding more than $46,000 to support 24 innovative classroom projects across the Hood River County School District. This year’s grants will provide educators with resources that inspire creativity, strengthen student engagement, and create meaningful learning experiences that extend well beyond what traditional school budgets can provide.

HRCEF was able to fund projects at every school in the district, ensuring students throughout Hood River County will benefit from new opportunities in STEM, literacy, the arts, career and technical education, outdoor learning, and student wellness.

La Fundación Educativa del Condado de Hood River (HRCEF) tiene el orgullo de anunciar los beneficiarios de sus becas de Impacto en la Enseñanza del 2026, otorgando más de $46,000 para apoyar a 24 proyectos innovadores en el salon en todo el Distrito Escolar del Condado de Hood River. For $25 you could win a vacation to Bend, Whistler BC, or enjoy a local getaway — all while supporting the Hood River County Education Foundation!

All raffle proceeds support scholarships and teaching grants as well as music, athletics, arts, science, swim lessons, and after-school care programs for students in the Hood River County School District.

Each bundle of tickets can be put toward a vacation of your choice or split evenly between vacations. Multiple bundles may be purchased and put toward different vacations. Four winners will be selected.

Tickets will be drawn at the Jennifer Batten & Full Steam concert at The Ruins on July 23. Attendance is not required in order to win. HRCEF will contact raffle winners using the contact information provided. Concert & raffle tickets sold separately.

Congratulations to our Trek E-Bike raffle winner, Micaela Keller! We hope Micaela has a blast out on the trails! Thank you to everyone who participated and purchased a ticket. All ticket proceeds support local college scholarships, teacher grants, and co/extra-curricular programs for our local Hood River County Public School District.
