Garlic Buttered Shrimp Cajun Style 🧄🧈🦐🌽🥔

Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp
4 boild corn
3 tbsp unsalted butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
½ tsp paprika
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp of Olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon (plus wedges for serving)
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt & black pepper, to taste

*you can also add dried basil and dried oregano for additional aroma.

Instructions
1. Season the shrimp – Pat shrimp dry, then toss with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Cook the shrimp – Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook 2 minutes per side until pink and just cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. Make garlic butter – In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sprinkle with sone cajun seasoning snd sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Combine – Boiled corn, smoke sausage, bay potatoes $shrimp to the pan, squeeze in lemon juice, and toss to coat in the garlic butter cajun sauce
Serve hot.

Best Serving with rice (white or Cajun dirty rice).
