Heaven and Sea Families

I went to visit Waialua yesterday, my old neighborhood in North Shore, and saw this wonderful mural at an elementary school. It says “ Aloha Lives”. Yes, luckily the energy and spirit of Aloha lives, not only in Hawaii, but everywhere and all around, whenever people show kindness, patience and understanding to others and to themselves. There’s an Acronym for Aloha and I’ll post it. It basically means Kindness, Unity, Gentleness, Empathy and Patience. So that means that anyone can have aloha and be able to practice it anywhere, because you can bring aloha with you wherever you go. That is the true spirit. 🌺

I’m so excited to launch my new website on January 1, 2021! It’s still a work in progress, but “done is better than perfect!” I have been involved in mental health since 2002, and have worked as a minister, healer, coach and mental health counselor for over 17+ years now. Aloha from Hawaii. Many of you may not be aware, but I offer Ancestor Healing and Reading sessions for the deceased. If you have a loved one who past away this year, or even prior to this year, and You have some unresolved issues and feelings with that person and then I may be able to help you with that. I have consistently brought more peace, forgiveness and emotional release to my clients after the readings. A small blessing of life ceremony I did for my grandmother today in the forest. I planted this amethyst in honor of her. Thank you grandma for your love.

My grandmother passed away last week and they buried her today next to my grandfather. I went to the forest and did a ceremony for her where I planted an amethyst crystal for her and gave her some little treats that I brought back from Kyoto. I am thankful for the love she gave to my mom, who gave birth to me and loved me so much. I remember when my grandmother would take my sister and I to eat Chinese dumplings. I remember living with her for 1 year when I returned to SF, and I remembered her amazing cooking. I’m blessed to be loved by her! ❤️

What are you drinking to stay hydrated during the summer? I’m drinking fresh seasonal juice whenever I can. This is watermelon juice, my absolute favorite summer quencher.
