Inner Vision Ocean Swimming
I am an ocean swim guide helping individuals gain mastery of breathing and swimstroke skills in-situ. The end-goal is not how fast or far one swims.
I train individuals in deep breathing, and fluid swim stroke symmetry which I collectively term aqua-linear swimming. Combined with open observation of coastal conditions, we take careful and confident shoreline swims, delighting in discoveries of marine life. Each student’s course is individualized according to specific goals I help a client shape with current and emergent concerns as s/he evolve

Change phobia or fear to freedom:
No need for far or fast swims. We shift inertia to swim-energy getting in, floating, treading water, energizing core, and cooling the mind. Guidance in calm, deep breathing and an aqua-linear glide…
Breathing deeply while ocean swimming is key to safe and graceful movements therein. You may be transformed and in awe of our ocean planet every single time!
