Reframing our mindsets and reprogramming our outdated conditioning is one of the hardest things we can work through. When you’re seeing life through a certain “lens,” it can be difficult to change that.
The first step is to make minor changes to the words and stories you tell yourself on a daily basis. Utilize the power of your words (they’re spells, hence why it’s called •spelling• 🪄) and be more intentional. From there, watch your entire life shift in a more positive direction ✨

Not everyone communicates love in the same way, and likewise, people have different ways they prefer to receive love.
You may express affection regularly, but it’s also important to take the time to make sure you’re communicating the way the other person wants to receive it. Even love can sometimes get lost in translation when people speak different love languages.
What are your love languages? My top 2 are Acts of Service and Quality Time. I recommend taking a free test online.
