Hawaiʻi Children & Youth Day happens on the first Sunday of October each year to celebrate and honor our children, youths, and the special contributions they make to our community. Children and Youth Day Event is on Sunday October 5, 2025 from 10am to 3pm at the State Capitol, Punchbowl Street, Kalanimoku Building and City and County of Honolulu grounds. This is a FREE event for the entire family! Enjoy live performances on 3 stages, keiki goodie bags, prize redemption with keiki stamp cards, cosplayers, and more.

We're excited to announce the Outstanding Advocates Awards Ceremony, which will be part of the Children and Youth Day event on Sunday, October 5, 2025.

This program recognizes and celebrates the incredible individuals and organizations who go above and beyond to advocate for our keiki and youth.

Awardees will be recognized at a special ceremony at 12 pm on the Aloha Stage. Come and celebrate with us!
