The Hawaii Education Association's (HEA) purpose is to strengthen and support quality education for all through the enrichment and growth of future, current, and retired educators, as well as through the acknowledgment of their contribution to the community. HEA's mission is to strengthen excellence in education by advocating for teaching as a profession, supporting pre-service and in-service educators and advancing professional learning for effective teaching.

This program runs during the month of September and it’s easy to participate. Simply make a donation to our organization at Foodland this month, and Foodland will match a portion of your gift.

The Hawaii Education Association (HEA), in partnership with Pi Lambda Theta-Beta Zeta Hawaii Chapter, is proud to continue its support for the next generation of educators by offering $200 grants to Teaching As A Career (TAAC) Clubs or Hawaii public schools that participate in the CTE Education Pathways.
