Kaulike Academy is now accepting a small number of new students for the 2026–2027 school year starting this August.

We are a boutique co-learning and coworking space in Honolulu for youth ages 13–18 focused on:
• entrepreneurship
• technology
• creativity
• mentorship
• real-world projects
• community & connection

Founded by a local mother and entrepreneur after watching her own daughter struggle in traditional school, Kaulike Academy was created for youth who thrive through creativity, collaboration, and hands-on learning.

We intentionally keep our cohort small and are currently looking for 4–5 new families or students to join our community.

This youth pop-up market features talented creators ages 13–19 showcasing their products, creativity, and growing businesses. From handmade goods to unique finds, every purchase supports a young dream in the making.

Enjoy a laid-back, family-friendly day filled with culture, community, and good vibes. Kūpuna will be hosting free workshops throughout the day, sharing knowledge and traditions with all who want to learn. Sit down and play kōnane, learn hanafuda, and take part in cultural activities for all ages.

Grab some food, relax, and enjoy live local music with throwback Hawaiian favorites setting the tone for a chill, welcoming atmosphere.

Kaulike Academy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, youth-led co-learning and co-working hub for teens ages 13–19. It’s a space for homeschoolers and alternative learners to connect, build community, and create their own school experience. While the majority of our students are Native Hawaiian, we welcome all teens. Grounded in Hawaiian values, we provide a structured yet flexible environment where youth take ownership of their learning, build independence, and develop real-world skills.

Huge mahalo to from First Foundation Bank for kicking off the first of our 10-part Financial Basics Series for Teens!🙌

We had an amazing turnout, and our youth walked away with real, practical knowledge around cash flow, budgeting, and how to start thinking about money with intention. You could feel the engagement in the room — questions, conversations, and those “aha” moments happening in real time.

This is exactly why we’re doing this — building confidence, creating access, and making sure our youth are equipped with skills they can actually use in everyday life.
