Yesterday our XC team really showed up for the scrimmage at Lakeland… can’t wait to see what the season holds… next Tuesday is Delaware Valley, 4:45 start! Come cheer the Defenders on!

Today our XC Team will be headed to Lakeland for an Exhibition meet before the season kicks off next week! We have a great team this year and I look forward to an amazing season! Try to make a meet and cheer on the team… next week is Tuesday at Delaware Valley 4:45 start!
