Today we celebrated our amazing HEMS teachers and staff for a great first nine weeks AND a fantastic school report card!

Our administrative team provided pizza and salad, while our wonderful PTO provided a duty-free lunch and a delicious Caramel Apple Nacho Bar!

We are so proud of our HEMS team and the dedication they show our students every day. A heartfelt THANK YOU to our PTO for always going above and beyond to support, encourage, and celebrate our teachers and staff. We are incredibly grateful for your partnership and all you do for HEMS!

🍎🧡 THANK YOU, Honaker family! 🧡🍎

What a sweet way to celebrate our teachers and the first 9 weeks of school! Today's caramel apple bar and duty-free lunch were a hit — and it's all because of YOU.

Thank you to everyone who donated apples and toppings, and to our wonderful volunteers who covered lunch duty and ran the apple bar. Our teachers felt so loved today!

We have the best school community! 🐅🧡

Dear Tiger families, due to unforeseen circumstances our After School Program will have a change to the bus routes. The bus will have designated meeting places for students that live in different areas. The bus will meet at Tiger Run for students that live in the Drill area, at Tiger Stop for students that live on Big-A mountain, at the white church at the end of Coxtown Road for students in the New Garden and Coxtown areas, at Swords Creek Elementary for the Swords Creek area, and at the end of River Mountain Road for students in the Rosedale area. Please call the school at 276-873-6301 if you have any further questions.

There is also an all-call going out with this information if you see a missed call from Honaker Elementary.
