Dear Parents and Guardians,

As we begin the school year, the health and safety of our students is one of our highest priorities. We kindly ask for your assistance in ensuring that the school is aware of any health-related needs your child may have.

If your child has any health condition, medical concern, allergy, or medication requirement, it is imperative that the School Nurse, Front Office, and/or Administration be notified IMMEDIATELY.

Al comenzar el año escolar, la salud y la seguridad de nuestros estudiantes son una de nuestras máximas prioridades. Les pedimos amablemente su colaboración para que la escuela esté al tanto de cualquier necesidad de salud que pueda tener su hijo/a.

Si su hijo tiene alguna condición de salud, problema médico, alergia o requiere medicación, es imprescindible notificar INMEDIATAMENTE a la enfermera escolar, a la recepción y/o a la administración.
