Colonial Christian School Colonial Christian School serves 300+ students from grade K3-12 in the Homestead, FL area. A dedicated staff of 50+ adults serves our students.

Colonial Christian School has been serving the children of the Homestead community since 1969. Our school currently serves 300+ children in grades K3 to 12 and offers them a distinctly Christian education. We begin our day with prayer and Bible study, and have a weekly chapel. Our educational approach is truly comprehensive, as we address the spiritual, academic, physical, and social needs of our students. Our goal is to partner with families to meet their children’s educational needs at every stage of development. Our parents are extremely involved in supporting the school. A week of faith, prayer, and lives surrendered to Christ.

Spiritual Emphasis Week gave our CCS family the opportunity to pause, pray, worship, have fun, and point our hearts back to Jesus.

From See You at the Pole to games, fellowship, and moments of prayer, we were reminded that following Christ is something we live every day.

Most importantly, we celebrated students choosing to give their lives to Jesus.

What a joy to see Grace, Gratitude & Grit in action!

September has been FULL at CCS!
From our students meeting the Mayor of Homestead, to celebrating Grandparents Day, enjoying Recess & Refreshments, gathering for Senior Breakfast, and serving in our community. It’s been a week filled with learning, connection, service, and plenty of special moments.
We’re grateful for every opportunity to learn, grow, serve, and celebrate together.

We’re excited to welcome Mr. Mahecha to the Colonial Christian School family as our new STEAM teacher!
Our students are already putting their creativity and problem-solving skills to work as they design, build, and test a solar-powered vehicle.
We’re grateful to have Mr. Mahecha guiding our students as they explore, create, and discover how classroom learning connects to the world around them.
