A couple of our Pelicans recently had the opportunity to leave their own mark on downtown Homer while giving back to their community. La'Marriantae Ball and Cindy Cripe are two of Mrs. Rhonda Porter's Talented Art students, who have all volunteered their time to help paint the new mural in historic downtown Homer. La'Marriantae and Cindy painted several of the colorful flowers incorporated into the mural design. Their work will remain a permanent part of the finished project. You can find the mural beside State Farm, across from the post office! Great job, guys! 💜💛
