The lessons are absolutely free! Drop in for 1 or 2, or the entire series.

Each Wednesday and Saturday I’ll guide you through movements that are designed to increase your strength and balance, improve your posture, and engage your brain. Whether seated, standing, or lying on the floor, you will learn how to move with greater ease and comfort.

By the end of the 30-45 minute class you may be moving more, and in different ways than you have in years. I’ll share my passion for anatomy, which in turn gives you better insight to how you can move with greater ease and comfort. After a lesson, people often report pain relief, increased energy, that their brain is “awake” and they have more swagger in their gait.

Whether seated, standing, or lying on the floor, participants will learn how to move with greater ease and comfort.

Ideal for folks:
Having trouble moving due to arthritis, or neuromuscular issues such as Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, or a stroke.

Starts September 30th:
Wednesday's 9:30-10:30am AK time and
Saturday's 9:30-10:30am AK time

My skeleton, "Skinny Rick" is finally getting feet that move more like our feet. Bungi, pliers, and a drill. I've wanted to modify "Skinny Rick" for 5+ years, finally! Having fun!
