With HMB Camp coming up next week...this is a copy of the email that went out this morning!
ACTION ITEMS
1) If you aren't on the Remind yet, please text the message '' to 81010. Every student and one grown up from each family needs to be on it.
2) A shuttle is available from Homer to the HS and back for those who need transportation. It leaves at 2:15 pm from outside the Band Room and returns after rehearsal ends. Sign up for a seat at https://www.signupgenius.com/go/30E0549ADAB28AAF85-64771988-camp
3) Dinner will be provided each night. This is where we'll need all the parent/grownup help we can get! We need to feed 40 people each night - that includes students and staff. REMINDERS
1) Rehearsal is at Heritage HS from 3-9 pm starting Monday, July 27 and ending Friday, July 31. We will learn the entire show, prep for future parades, and have a blast!
2) Absences must be communicated by adults, and only adults. Preferably by email, as I can print and archive that. I don't accept student emails or texts on this topic. As Camp is a required part of the grade, with 5 clock hours of instruction each night, any absence (if excused) must be arranged to be made up outside of school with Mr. Lee.
3) On Friday of Camp will have a public demo of what we've learned at 8 pm, followed by a pool party for all campers at the Ashbrook Homestead! Transportation will be provided to/from the pool party.

5) Is your instrument in working order? Do you have reeds, valve oil, etc?
6) You will need your instrument, music, and good athletic shoes. We'll be indoors 75% of the time, but you still gotta take care of your feet!
