Yesterday afternoon I was playing pickleball at the Homer park when two ladies from SJO arrived to join us. When it was my turn to join them for a game, I introduced myself, and we began to play. One if the lady's names was Connie and the other was Judy. As we began playing, I noticed that Judy had a strong forehand and soon discovered it was Judy Howdyshell! Our former P.E. teacher! We had a nice chat. It was great to see her after 50 years!
