Meet the amazing Butterfly Garden Learning Center staff for the 2026–2027 school year! 🦋💛

We feel like the luckiest ducks to begin another year with this talented, caring, creative and dedicated team. These wonderful educators bring so much heart to BGLC and work together every day to make sure each child feels loved, encouraged and excited to learn.

Welcome Mrs. Aneta! A few words from our rising star teacher…

Hello! My name is Aneta Koeneman, and I am so thrilled to be a part of the BGLC community! BGLC has always been such a special place for our family. All three of my children attended and had such wonderful preschool experiences, which makes it even more meaningful to now be on the other side as an educator.

I am so grateful to be part of a school where so much thought, care, and love goes into creating a positive experience for children and families. The BGLC community is truly unique, and I feel so lucky to be part of such an amazing group of teachers.

I am so excited to meet new families, get to know my new students, and have a fantastic year filled with learning, laughter, and lots of fun!

Today, we celebrated Mrs. Julie’s birthday at our in-service! 🎂 It seems like she’s been at BGLC since the beginning, probably because she was so wonderful as a preschool parent all those years ago. Her humor and positivity keep the good times rolling at Butterfly Garden and her genuine love for her work is evident each and every day. You deserve the most magical birthday Mrs. Julie! We're excited to share that we have a limited number of afternoon openings available in our beloved 4/5's Preschool Program at Butterfly Garden Learning Center!

Our 4/5's class is thoughtfully designed to prepare children for kindergarten through engaging, hands-on learning experiences that inspire confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning. Mrs. Sarah has truly made her mark during her very first year at Butterfly Garden Learning Center. From her daily affirmations and warm approach with the students to the extra care she puts into communicating with parents, her kindness shines through in everything she does. ❤️

She has been such a natural fit for our BGLC family, and we are so grateful she found a home with us. As we wrap up this amazing school year, we are celebrating not only all she has accomplished, but also the joy and positivity she brings to our school each day.

Happy Mother’s Day to all of the amazing moms in our Butterfly Garden family! 💐🦋

We loved celebrating our special 3-year-old moms during our Garden Party with Mom event. Singing, dancing, gifts, a surprise video, special photo opportunities, and time spent with our ducklings made the day extra memorable for everyone involved. ❤️

Her special day may have been over Spring Break while we were away, but we are so excited to celebrate her today—and with even more joy! 💕

While Mrs. Erin has absolutely rocked her first year teaching at BGLC, she’s no stranger to our school family. Both of her children are proud BGLC alumni, and she came to us with a strong teaching background and a heart for helping others through her volunteer work in her children’s school district.

Mrs. Erin is best known for her passion for preschool, her upbeat personality, and her flexibility. She brings such a positive energy to our classrooms, and our students adore her—and it’s easy to see why! 💛

We had such a special time celebrating Munchkins with Mamasaurus at BGLC! 🦕💚

Thank you to all of our wonderful moms of our 4’s and 5’s who came in to spend some time with us. We loved singing and dancing together, sharing dino stories, excavating a dinosaur, and putting the finishing touches on our dinosaur dioramas. Of course, enjoying munchkins together and snapping some sweet photos made the day even more memorable!

These moments of learning and connection are what make our community so special. Thank you for taking the time to join us — it meant so much to the kids and to us! 💚🦖
