Super grateful that our local school made this connection for our students to have local grass-fed beef. 🤠
United School District is proud to be a 2026–2027 PA Beef to PA Schools Grant Recipient!
We are excited to announce that the Pennsylvania Beef Council, through the PA Beef to PA Schools Program, has selected United School District as a grant recipient and participant in this important initiative.
Through this partnership, United will:
🥩 Bring fresh, high-quality, Pennsylvania-sourced beef to our students
🌾 Support Pennsylvania’s hard-working cattle producers and farm families
🍎 Strengthen our local food system and incorporate locally sourced foods into school meals
🤝 Build meaningful connections between Pennsylvania farms and the school lunch tray
We’re excited to partner with Lake View Farms and Wood Crest Point Farm to bring fresh, high-quality beef to our school meals while supporting local farmers and Pennsylvania agriculture! 🌾🤝
