Our hearts are filled with sadness….. and also gratitude today. Sadness that we lost a precious soul who gave the world so many gifts through music, kindness and love. And gratitude that her legacy of promoting literacy will always be a part of millions of families. Phillips County Family Education is blessed and honored to be an Affiliate of the Dolly Parton Imagination Library since 2020. We are a few months away from delivering our 10,000th book here in Phillips County.

On August 2nd, the Fourth Annual Paquime Dance Recital was a colorful display of music and movement!! Forty dancers graced the stage to share the culture of Mexico!

Muchas Gracias to our sponsors, Colorado Housing and Finance Authority, CHS High Plains and Black Hills Energy… your support is vital to our community connections throughout the year! Muchas Gracias to the community supporters and many volunteers who make the evening special!
