April 9-13th

Reading: Unit 6 Week 3:
*We will also be reading ch. 5 Lord of the Flies and have guided reading questions that will be due. Wednesday.

Math: LAST ch. in the book. We learned about Mean of a data set Monday and will be continuing onto Median, Mode , Range on Tuesday. Hopefully will finish ch. by the beginning of next week and take a test.

Science: We will be beginning a new foss kit, this will focus on Weather/Water.

SS: We finished our map projects and are in the process of presenting them to the class. We will be continuing to study the Incas/Aztecs/Mayans.

Sorry for having to cancel conferences tonight. I am home with a sick child. I am planning on being at school tomorrow, and have conferences as planned. For those of you that were suppose to have conferences tonight, I will be sending a note home for Thursday!

Math: We will be finishing Ch. 15 in our math series, and beginning Ch. 17 on Area and perimeter.
-Math Test will be on Wednesday for Ch. 15

Reading: Finishing week 2 in Unit 5, and beginning week 3.
-Week 2 Test will be Tuesday.

SS: Section 2 Test over Rome will be Monday, Then we will be covering Sections 2-3 During the week.
