If you have a future Ram who still needs to be enrolled, don’t wait! Complete your enrollment through FinalForms and upload all required documents so our team can get your child ready for the start of school!

📣 Holt Public Schools is excited to introduce FinalForms! 🖤💛

We are making it easier than ever to manage your student's information by bringing Enrollment, Annual Back-to-School Forms, and Athletics together in one convenient platform.

If you are a current Holt family, watch your email! You will receive an email from FinalForms inviting you to activate your parent account.

Once you activate your account:
✅ Create your password.
✅ Connect your existing student(s) to your account.
✅ Review and complete any required forms.

Need help adding your existing student?

1️⃣ Log into your FinalForms parent account.
2️⃣ Select Manage > Parents.
3️⃣ Click the Edit button next to your name.
4️⃣ Select Add Student under Student Accounts.
5️⃣ Search for your student by name or email address and click Add Student to connect them to your account.

Completing this step now will ensure you're ready to complete Back-to-School Forms, update student information, and register for athletics when those forms become available.

✅ All required enrollment documents have been uploaded.

Incomplete forms or missing documents may delay your student's enrollment and could impact their ability to start school on the first day.

If you are new to the district (and live in-district) and have started the enrollment process, please take a moment to log in to FinalForms and make sure:

✔️ All enrollment forms have been completed and signed.
✔️ All required documents have been uploaded and are clear and legible.

Due to the high volume of enrollments we receive during the summer, incomplete enrollments cannot be processed. Missing forms or documents may delay your child's enrollment and could impact their ability to begin school on the first day.

We appreciate your prompt attention to help us prepare for a smooth start to the school year. Thank you for partnering with us.

Thank you to everyone who submitted a School of Choice application for the 2026–2027 school year!

📧✉️ School of Choice determination letters will be emailed and mailed during the week of July 13.

If your student is accepted, you must complete enrollment by Friday, July 31 to secure your student's spot at Holt Public Schools.
