Happy World Turtle Day! 🐢

Here are some tips from the Michigan Department of Natural Resources on what to do if you see a turtle in the road. Helping turtles safely cross can prevent their populations from dropping due to car accidents.

If you see a turtle that's injured, you can contact Michigan Amphibian & Reptile Sanctuary for help. MARS specializes in reptile and amphibian rehabilitation, and may be able to help.
