IronWorks is a 10,000 sq foot training center that specializes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, boxing, wrestling, etc. We also have a full fitness center with weights, treadmills, ellipticals, Jacob’s ladder, etc. We also host the 3 River Throwdown MMA events at Onalaska Omni Center twice a year

Today was Youth MMA day for the summer fitness program!!

We had coach Ryan, Sammy, Rex, Siena and Declan show all sorts of MMA techniques. Everyone left with a broader knowledge of skills and drills! 🤼‍♂️🥊🥋 Huge thank you to these coaches for their time today!

Something BIG is coming to Ironworks Training Center!

This 8-week Homeschool Program is designed to help kids build confidence, discipline, strength, athleticism, and real-life skills in a fun, high-energy environment.

💪 Monday • Wednesday • Friday: Strength & Conditioning

🥋 Tuesday • Thursday: Martial Arts

🗓️ September 7th – October 30th

⏰ Monday–Friday | 9:00–10:00 AM

đź’˛ Only $200 (Includes all 40 sessions AND a program T-shirt!)

Whether your child is an athlete or just looking to stay active, they'll develop fitness, focus, teamwork, and confidence that carries far beyond the gym.
