#1 The State has never before been able to limit harassment, intimidation, and bullying. It has ballooned. The States procedure has always been inadequate. They allow every public school district to brush every incident under the rug. Let’s not begin to pretend like they care now.

#2 Middletown BOE just told the State that their community does not agree with their policy recommendation. The State retaliated and painted a picture of children in danger of their parents.

Think about this. The State is telling us that paid personnel in public schools are employed to protect children from their own parents.

STATE GOVERNMENT protects children in school from their own parents.

We have already allowed them to do this with their physical health. Mandating the onslaught of vaccinations that we now know can lead to brain dysfunction. Parents were eliminated entirely from this conversation. Parents were told that we did not know what was best for children’s health. We were not to concern ourselves with our children’s health. We were not to ask questions. We were to “trust the experts.”

How is that working out for us?

Make no mistake now - they are coming for their mental health now. It is time to fight with all that we have.

Parents are asking for bi-partisan support on choice legislation which will grant families and students access to a portion of the state’s education dollars to be able to place in the school or learning environment of their choosing.

Parents are pushing back on special interest groups. We will no longer allow them to dictate policy.

Elected leaders must represent the interests of their communities.

Education tax dollars must serve the interests of the students they are intended to serve.
