🎉 Congratulations, Dr. Ellen Gianakis! 🎉
We are excited to share that Dr. Gianakis has been appointed as the new Principal of Copeland Middle School in Rockaway, NJ! While we are sad to see her leave Holmdel Township Public Schools, we are incredibly proud of this well-deserved next step in her leadership journey. ❤️

Over the past two years at William R. Satz Middle School, Dr. Gianakis has made an incredible impact on our students, staff, and families. As Vice Principal and Supervisor of World Languages, she has led with thoughtfulness, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to our students.

From strengthening student support systems and advancing our MTSS and school culture initiatives to supporting the academic, social, and emotional needs of our students, she has consistently made a difference. She has also brought tremendous care and leadership to our World Language program and has been a trusted source of support for teachers, students, and families.

While we will certainly miss her, we are so happy to celebrate this exciting new chapter. Copeland Middle School is gaining an exceptional educator, leader, and advocate for children.
