Yesterday we welcomed Lindsay Smith, Program & Recruitment Specialist, with the Virginia Commonwealth School of Dentistry. As always, it was a delightful, informative and interactive session. Last week we had an exceptional visit with Jevon Joseph, MBA, MPA, Director of Recruitment and Outreach with Lincoln Memorial University DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. He highlighted the newly signed articulation agreement between our institutions regarding guaranteed interviews for Barry BMS students meeting certain metrics. Being able to work with Jevon and his team is a great joy for us!

A wonderful visit yesterday with Kiana Poole, Admissions Recruiter for Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine. She was kind, gracious and offered much wisdom for our medical track students.

We are ending another week in BMS with a Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine cadaver lab tour. Dr. Cires and her small group enjoyed today's visit courtesy of Mr. Michael Bill, BMS alum and lab coordinator. Stay tuned for more tour options and see which faculty member will lead the next group.

Special thanks to Wendi Pursel, Director of Career Services, with Lincoln Memorial University College of Dental Medicine for an incredible visit today. Not only is she the epitome of kindness and grace but she was beyond informative. Her group session and individual advising appointments were full of guidance and encouragement. We are so pleased to have such a great connection with the entire LMU family of healthcare programs.

Our continued thanks to Dr. Kasberg, Dr. Dunham, and Mr. Johnson from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine for a fantastic visit with BMS students. Over three days, they have hosted 8 interviews, 50 in-person advising appointments, more than a dozen virtual advising sessions, a hybrid group session and a dinner celebrating the Early Assurance candidates.
We are grateful for their time and care towards our students.

Friday, we welcomed Dr. Jeanette Sabir-Holloway, Assistant Dean for Diversity and Inclusion, from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Holloway graciously met individually with 18 students to assist them in being the most competitive applicants for this cycle. We are most appreciative of her time and expertise. Go Jumbos!

Friday afternoon, a group of BMS students were welcomed into the cadaver lab used by our Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine students. Their smiles seem to indicate they enjoyed the experience.
We are thankful for our own BMS staff member Maria Gonzalez who helped coordinate the details, BMS alum Mr. Michael Bill who led the tour and the BUSPM. Collaboration at its finest.

Incredibly thankful for Dr. Donna Jackson, Interim Senior Associate Dean for Admissions and Outreach, with the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. We kicked off the professional school visit season with Gillian Anzivino, Director of Admissions, with Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. During her two-day visit, she was gracious to host a hybrid group session for over 75 students and meet with two dozen BMS students individually.
