A HUGE thank you to all of our amazing Driftwood Dragon families who came out to Open House last week! 💙🐉

Our halls were filled with smiles, laughter, and lots of excitement as families met their teachers, explored our beautiful campus, and left the sweetest surprise notes for their kiddos. 💌✏️ We know those special messages will put some extra smiles on little faces!

A special shoutout to our incredible teachers and staff for all the time, care, and hard work they put into making the evening so welcoming and memorable. 🍎💙 Your dedication is truly appreciated!

🏫💙 Driftwood Elementary Open House is Almost Here! 🐉📚

We can't wait to welcome our amazing Driftwood families for Open House on Wednesday, August 26, 2026! This is a great opportunity to meet your child's teacher, visit the classroom, learn about the exciting school year ahead, and see how we can work together to help every Dragon learn and grow! 💙

🕕 Head Start, Pre-K & Grades K–2: 6:00–6:45 p.m.

🕖 Grades 3–5: 7:00–7:45 p.m.

To allow parents and teachers time to talk about student learning and classroom expectations, we kindly ask that students stay home during this event.
We look forward to seeing all of our Driftwood Dragon families!

A BIG THANK YOU to the amazing community leaders who joined us to welcome our Driftwood Dragons back to school! 🎉📚🍎 Your smiles, encouragement, and support made the first days of school extra special for our students and staff. 💛✨

This is the perfect opportunity for students to:
📚 Meet their teacher
🏫 Find their classroom
🎒 Drop off school supplies
😊 Get excited for an amazing year ahead!

Meet & Greet Times:
🩷 8:30–9:15 AM: Head Start, Pre-K & ASD Special Program
💙 9:30–10:15 AM: Kindergarten, 1st & 2nd Grades
💛 10:30–11:15 AM: 3rd, 4th & 5th Grades
