Driftwood Elementary honors and remembers Mr. Elliot, our beloved music teacher who brought joy, kindness, and music to our school.
He inspired his students to express themselves, believe in their talents, and find confidence through music.
Though he is no longer with us, his impact and the memories he created will live on in our hearts.
Mr. Elliot will be deeply missed and always remembered. 🎶🕊️

Driftwood Elementary proudly celebrated National Principal Appreciation Day in honor of our incredible principal, Mrs. Ann Marie Stramanak 🩷✨. Surrounded by a community that truly admires her, we were grateful to welcome distinguished guests who joined us in the celebration, including Deputy Superintendent Dr. Angela Fulton, Broward School Board Member for District 1 Ms. Maura Bulman, Mrs. Stramanak’s principal mentor Ms. Sheneka Blue, South Regional Director Dr. Katherine Policastro, Chief Student Services Officer Mrs. Saemone Hollingsworth, Executive Secretary to School Board Members Ms. Danielle H. St. Leon, Specialist of Marketing & Social Media Mr. Adrian Baxter, our dedicated officers from the Hollywood Police Department 🚔, and of course, Mr. Stramanak. Their presence made an already special day even more meaningful 🌟.

We extend a heartfelt thank you to every teacher, staff member, and student who poured so much love and effort into this celebration. Driftwood Elementary is truly blessed with an amazing community 🍎💛. A very special shoutout goes to Mr. Butler, whose dedication and hard work brought this entire event to life so beautifully 🎉👏.

Most importantly, we honor Mrs. Stramanak, thank you for leading with kindness, selflessness, humor, and a true spirit of service 💐. You make Driftwood Elementary feel like home, and we are endlessly grateful for you 🏫❤️.
