Hello Fellow Classmates:
The planning committee hopes you and your family are doing well. The itinerary for our upcoming 45th reunion has been completed and we hope that you will be able to join us on August 9th-11th, 2019, so that we can reconnect and reminiscence for a weekend of laughter, friendship, and fun. A flier has also been posted on Facebook that contains all of the information needed concerning the reunion. We hope you will print and keep it where you will see it often to remember the dates. The theme and attire for Friday night are Masquerade, this will not be a ball, but we ask that if you choose, to please wear a masquerade-themed mask and costume.
The planning committee needs to meet hotel deadlines for the payments of events during our reunion weekend, so we are asking that your reunion fee be submitted as soon as possible. You can now choose to attend only one night's event for $100.00 per person. A T-Shirt is included in the fee for those choosing to attend both nights after your payment has been received in full. Classmates and guests choosing to attend for only one night may purchase a T-shirt for an additional price of $10.00.
We encourage you to reserve your room as soon as possible at the discounted rate of $180.00 per night. Any reservations made after July 9th, 2019, will be booked at a higher rate. To avoid any confusion when checking-in to the hotel. it is necessary that when reserving a room that you specify if you would prefer one king-size or two double beds. The parking fee for the weekend is $24.00 or $5.00 per day if you don't stay overnight.
On August 9, 2019, check-in at the Marriott begins at 4:00 p.m. Friday night’s event will begin at 8:00 p.m. in room Salon A. The Worship service will be held in the Atlantic Ballroom. All events will be held on the first floor.
A photographer with a masquerade-themed background will be available to memorialize the celebration with photos for $7.00 each.
A boxed lunch will be provided on Saturday afternoon from 11:30 a.m. -12:00 p.m. (Menu below)
There are also numerous restaurants along the beach where you can purchase food.
The bus that will transport us to the Jungle Queen will leave the Marriott at 4:00 p.m. and leave the event at 10:00 p.m.

Veggie Hoagie made with fresh mozzarella, tomato, grilled mushroom, pesto mayo, on Focaccia bread.
Included items for both lunches are pasta salad, kettle chips, red apple, brownie, bottled water.
