The character is not someone else. It is another version of you.

The direction is always in.

Directed by Craig Conway and executive produced by Game of Thrones director Neil Marshall, the film delivers a dark and haunting twist on the Red Riding Hood myth.

Acting doesn’t start in your head. It starts in your body. Before you analyze a character, make a choice, or try to figure anything out, pause and notice what your body is doing.

Tightening, opening, pulling forward, resisting — that information comes first. The body answers before the mind understands.

When you follow that signal instead of overriding it with logic, the work becomes alive, specific, and undeniable. This isn’t about adding anything. It’s about removing the noise and trusting what’s already there.

The direction of the work is inward. From there, everything moves outward.
