Hey everyone! It’s been a while so I wanted to take the time to reintroduce myself. I’m Karina Moussa, founder of Wellness Wally Co. I’m a health educator and recent PhD graduate with a passion for empowering kids to live their best, healthiest lives. Inspired by my Bulgarian-Syrian roots and background in healthcare, I created Wellness Wally to make learning about wellness fun and engaging for young minds. From emotional and social wellness to physical health, I believe in a balanced approach to building lifelong habits. 🍎 🌟

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there that are making a difference in their children’s lives!

A special shout out to my own Mom who has been the biggest inspiration in my life. She’s always encouraged me to be creative and artistic, but reminds me to stay grounded and realistic. She taught me to take care of myself, and that health and happiness come from within. I don’t think Wally would have been possible without her loving support. This is a photo of my mom and me when we visited Syria, her home, two summer ago. Love you forever mom!
