💡 I was in a meeting yesterday, and they said I should have led with, "We've served over 23,000 MA members."

Well, I hope this visual helps remind people of the work we've been doing since 2020.

About 2 years ago, we partnered with a large national health plan and their primary care provider to create their digital health literacy infrastructure.

They had previously offered tech classes, but not in the way we were going to do them.

We worked closely with their clinical, administrative, and data teams to create the best way to track the impact of digital literacy on their patients and bottom line.

And guess what? We did so.

We were helping...

1. patients sign up for communication campaigns ✅

2. increasing utilization rates on their telehealth platforms ✅

3. empowering members to be more active in their digital health. ✅

Providing on-site digital navigators was a logistical and operational challenge, but the impact was worthwhile.

As we enter this new phase of Carevocacy and enter the world of artificial intelligence, we intend to increase that number 10x.

We've developed something special with Apo AI that can scale the work of digital navigators, equity, and inclusion.

Spreading joy and care one smile at a time! 💜

Every Thursday, my team and I answer the question "What is the best picture you took with your Learners this week?" - this is one of my favorites.

This beautiful Learner is from Conviva Care Center / Humana and she had an incredible time with Michelet.

I think it's safe to say that getting people to smile about learning is one of the best outcomes you can have.

We all know that a smile can heal a thousand wounds - so if this makes you smile, comment below. I'd love to know what makes you smile about the work you do.

Smiles are all around as we get into August with our tech classes.

Here we have Giovanni our Regional Manager with a Learner at Westchester!

Learning how to use the phone has been a huge help for this Learner.

I had the pleasure of visiting one of our new Learners from our partner learning locations, Mr. S.

At first, I came out to help him learn how to use his new printer, but as I showed him the short keys, we started talking beyond the device.

We shared a deep conversation about his new “home”, life, and what learning meant to him.

He talked about how his age didn’t define his curiosity.

All of that for a printer session.

These are the moments that happen with a lot of our Learners. It’s more than just “tech support” it’s giving people a chance to take on opportunities.

Learning is ageless.
