β¨ Two Amazing Authors at The Grove! ππ
We are so lucky to have two incredibly talented authors right here at Holly Grove!
πΎ Mrs. Tozzi is the author of Enzo's Story: A Therapy Dog's Journey, a heartwarming book inspired by her real-life therapy dog, Enzo, and the joy he brings to children and our community.
π± Mrs. Russell is the author of The Broken Hose, the first book in the Unity Springs: Where Everyone Grows series, celebrating inclusion, kindness, teamwork, and the power of every child.
Please help us celebrate these wonderful educators who are inspiring young readers both inside and outside the classroom! ππ

Exciting news! Our book vending machine has two very special autographed books waiting for new homes! We are thrilled that Ms. Tozzi and Ms. Russell have published their own books. The PTA purchased a few copies of each and they are currently featured in the vending machine. These two authors remind us to never stop following our dreams! Congratulations!

Friday was a bittersweet day at the Grove as we said goodbye to one of our incredible instructional assistants, Mrs. Schaaf.
For the past 20 years, Mrs. Schaaf has been a dedicated part of the Holly Grove family, making a difference in the lives of countless students and staff. While we're sad to see her go, we're so excited for her next chapter as she begins her journey as a kindergarten teacher in Harnett County.
Thank you, Mrs. Schaaf, for two decades of kindness, dedication, and love for our students. Your impact on Holly Grove will be felt for years to come.
Congratulations on this exciting new adventure! We know you'll be an amazing kindergarten teacher. We'll miss you and wish you nothing but the very best! ππ¦π

We're beyond appreciative of the support from Thrivent intern Luke Webber! ππ±
As part of a Thrivent Action Team project, Luke chose to give back to the community by donating to Holly Grove Elementary School Garden and our ECS classrooms. His generosity will help provide meaningful learning opportunities for our students, and we're incredibly grateful for his support.
A special thank you to former Holly Grove teacher Jenn Mann for connecting Luke with our school. We truly appreciate your continued support of our students and our community, even after leaving HGES.
Thank you, Luke and Jenn, for helping our students learn, grow, and thrive! ππΌ
