Next Wednesday, August 5th, Professor John George will be putting on a seminar to raise funds for his daughter, whose husband was just killed in the line of duty. He leaves behind 2 children and a grieving wife. We ask for anyone to donate what they can, with a $20 minimum to attend the seminar. Come out and support and we hope to see you there

Given the extreme heat index tonight, we are going to modify tonight’s classes to prioritize safety and training qualtiy.Class times will be reduced, while we focus on drills and technique.

** MMA - 6-6:30PM

**All levels Muay Thai - 6:30-7:15PM

**Advanced Muay Thai - 7:15-8:00PM

Both Muay Thai classes should plan on doing drills tonight (not pad work).
