We all remember where we were that day.
I was in studio 132 getting props together for my Tuesday morning classes. I was pregnant with Sky, and my Mom was at home with Ellie getting her bun ready to come to my class. I had not turned on the tv that morning, and had no idea of the darkness that was happening. A Mom came into the studio and asked if I had heard what was going on in NY. As she explained it, I couldn’t even visualize the nightmare that was unfolding. My Mom arrived to the studio distraught as she tried desperately to get in touch with my Aunt Barbara…..her sons were firefighters. Our family was spared the pain of that loss, but our hearts were broken for everyone experiencing the suffering of that day.
After 25 years, none of us are forgetting. Every story and every memory needs to be shared with the next generation. Love must always be louder that hate. ❤️🤍💙
