Here is how it works: Tie their short daily music practice to an existing routine they already do without thinking.
For example:
🎹 Play piano for 10 minutes right after brushing teeth.
🎸 5 minutes of guitar right before dinner.

Building consistency is so much easier when it's attached to a daily anchor. Remember, short, stress-free moments of practice are far more effective at building a love for music than forcing a frustrating 30-minute session on the weekend!
