Good morning everyone! Here is the text for today's Friday Phone Call:
Good afternoon, Dixon Bulldog families!
This is Mrs. Bulris, school principal, with some important information.
We would like to thank our families for helping with our school procedures. As a reminder, there are no early checkouts after 2:45 p.m. If you arrive after 2:45 am, parents will need to get in the car rider pickup line. This allows our staff to focus on safely and efficiently preparing all students for dismissal without interruption. We appreciate your help in protecting this important time at the end of our school day. We would also like to ask that early checkouts are kept to a minimum as students miss instruction when they are checked out of school.
We have some important dates to share:
September 8-18, 2026
Charleston Wrap Fundraiser Fundraiser profits go to our classroom teachers to support classroom instruction
September 11, 2026 Patriot Day and National Day of Service and Remembrance (9/11 Day)
September 16, 2026 ERPD Day 1- School will dismiss at 12:30 pm
Beautification Day
September 17, 2026 Constitution Day
September 24, 2026 Fall Pictures
