After 15 years of service in this community, I have made the decision to retire as a gym owner.

Over the years, CSCF has been more than a gym to me – it’s been a community built on good times and determination. I’m endlessly grateful for members past and present who have shown up and made this space what it was.

CSCF & friends we have been invited by Dave Castro to visit the original home of the CrossFit Games aka the CrossFit Ranch in Aromas for a workout event with Justin Medeiros on Tuesday 9/16 at 9am. The address is 275 Dunbarton Road, Aromas. The exact details if it’s a community workout or spectator type thing isn’t clear but show up prepared to sweat just in case!

These opportunities don’t come up very often so if you’re interested then try to make it happen. It’s ALWAYS a good time at the CrossFit Ranch 🏋🏻‍♂️
