We’re so proud of Ethan as he takes his first steps into the world of work!

As part of his Discovery and Exploration experience, Ethan is currently volunteering at Ozarks Food Harvest, where he’s getting his first hands-on experience in a workplace setting. He’s helping sort and package food for people in need while learning about warehouse work, teamwork, responsibility, and what it means to give back to his community.

This experience is giving Ethan the opportunity to explore his interests, build confidence, develop workplace skills, and discover what types of work he enjoys.

We’re excited to see where this journey takes him. Keep up the great work, Ethan!

Back-to-school season marches on, and we’re excited to be part of it!

We had a great morning at the Reeds Spring Back-To-School Business Expo today, where we enjoyed meeting Stone County teachers and school staff, sharing information about the programs and opportunities available through Imagine Technical Institute.

And we’re keeping the momentum going! Tomorrow night, we’ll be at Hollister’s Night of the Tiger, where we're looking forward to connecting with students and families.

A new school year means new possibilities, and we’re excited to help everyone discover what’s possible at ITI!

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to combine teaching, career development, and hands-on support to help people with disabilities build successful careers.

In this role, you’ll deliver classroom and on-the-job training in areas such as Hospitality, Health Care & Social Service Support, and more. You’ll also help individuals find and sustain competitive employment through job development, placement, coaching, and ongoing support.

The ideal candidate is flexible, independent, and comfortable building strong relationships with employers and community partners. If you’re passionate about helping people discover what’s possible through meaningful work, we’d love to hear from you.

We had an awesome time connecting with fellow leaders this morning at Good Morning Springfield. It's inspiring to be part of a community that comes together to support growth, collaboration, and positive change.
