Iโ€™m looking for a few experienced Groovers to join me Saturday, October 10, for a special Groove warm-up at the Alzheimerโ€™s Walk at Centennial Park in downtown Holland๐Ÿ’œ

Weโ€™ll gather around 9:15am and lead the group through less than 15 minutes of Groove to get everyone moving, smiling, and feeling the Groove before the walk begins.

Iโ€™d appreciate it if you can come help me welcome this group into the Groove, Iโ€™d love to have you there! You donโ€™t need to lead, just bring your Groove, your energy, and your willingness to help others feel comfortable jumping in. ๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿ’ƒ

Weโ€™re heading to Saugatuck for a special Groove + Paint experience with Heather Winia at Saugatuck Center for the Arts.

Weโ€™ll start with a regular Groove to warm up, then have the option to make a joyful mess! ๐ŸŽถ๐ŸŽจ Move to the music outdoors while painting with your hands, feet, and body.

Come ready to move, groove, and get messy!

๐Ÿ‘• Bring white or light colored clothes that can get paint on them and clean clothes to change into afterward.

Iโ€™ve watched it happen in two states now. Different places, different people, same music, same magic of moving together.

And itโ€™s happening around the world too, with Groove growing into communities across 40 countries and hundreds of facilitators. ๐ŸŒŽ

Maybe thatโ€™s the lesson:

Labor Day Groove + a birthday celebration = a pretty great way to start the week! ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐ŸŽ‚๐Ÿ’ƒ

We had a wonderful turnout, some new Groovers joining the fun, and even two four-legged Groovers in the mix! ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ˜‚

And of course, we had to celebrate Lisa with a little birthday dancing! ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ’œ
