Where in Michigan?
We are thrilled to introduce MI Mystery Connect, an exciting new statewide program sponsored by the REMC Association and brought to you by REMC 7!
What is a Michigan Mystery Connection? Imagine your students embarking on a thrilling adventure without leaving the classroom! A Michigan Mystery Connection is a live video conference between two classrooms in Michigan. The twist? Each class doesn’t know the location of the other! Students will take turns asking YES or NO questions to uncover the mystery location of their new MI friends. It’s not a competition, but a fun and engaging way to connect and learn from other classes across the state.
What will the students do during the connection? During this 45-minute connection, students will:
Take turns asking and answering questions to guess the location of the other classroom.
Engage in critical thinking and teamwork.
Enjoy a unique and interactive learning experience.
Why join MI Mystery Connect?
No cost: All materials are provided by REMC 7.
Guidance: Anne Thorp will be available to support you every step of the way.
Mystery and Fun: Even the teachers won’t know the other location—only Anne has that secret info!
Ready to bring this Michigan fun to your classroom? Contact Anne Thorp at [email protected] to schedule your MI Mystery Connect adventure!
Let’s make Michigan learning an unforgettable journey!
