Sensational Kids offers a quality educational learning center that looks at each child as an individual. We strive to make sure that every family feels welcome and that we are meeting the individual needs of our families. Sensational Kids aims to maintain high staff ratios, 1 teacher/aid for every 5 children in all of our classrooms. We also offer therapy programs from our Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapist. They also help to develop our programs in our rooms so that the children are working on their current goals.

Teacher Appreciation week is this week and boy do we have alot to appreciate here at Sensational Kids. I want to send a huge shout out to all of my Teachers, Assistants, Paras, and Therapists. What they do everyday is nothing short of amazing. They are all wonderful teachers/therapists who go above and beyond for all of their students in their class. Sensational Kids is extremely blessed to have the amazing staff that we do. If you get a moment thank one of your teachers today to let them know how much they are appreciated.

Intervention Specialist
Sensational Kids is currently hiring for an Intervention Specialist position for our preschool classroom. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Working with students on IEP goals set by their home district.
*Collaborating with therapists to ensure student's goals are being met.
*Communicate on-going student progress to parents/guardians, general education teachers, therapists, and other service professionals via progress reporting and Individual Education Plans.
*Provide small group and one-on-one instruction to students requiring support.
*Working with paraprofessionals to to ensure students are making progress and making changes as needed.
Qualifications: Prior experience working with children with Autism mild-moderate. Valid Ohio Teaching License.

This is the last week to bring in donations and food to feed the hungry in our own community. If able pleae bring in items by Friday the 20th. If you would like to donate but do not have time we will be happy to shop for you. Help us fill the donation bin. Below is a list of there most requested items. There is no donation to small.

We are currenlty collecting food for the hungry through Food for Thought. Please consider bringing in items to dontate to help those who go without during this holiday season. There is a list of most needed items up in the hallway by the donation bin. We will stop collecting on Friday the 20th. If you do not have time to shop please feel free to venmo me and I will do the shopping for you.

Today kicks off our 3rd year of collecting food to help Feed the Hungry with the program Food for Thought. Please help Sensational Kids over the next two weeks collect food to help feed those in Toledo who are going without. A little goes a long way!! There will be collection bins in the entry way of both the main center and the schoolage. If you do not have time to shop, no worries, I will do the shopping for you. Just venmo me at Heather-Eberly-1 and I will get you a receipt or picture of all the goods we purchase with your donation.

There is still time to bring in donations for essential items we are collecting along with Vision Today. Collection bins are in the front of each center.

Sensational Kids along with Vision Today is collecting essential items for those in need. We will be collecting for the next three weeks. Please find below a list of items that are in need. Any donations can be dropped off in the front entrance collection bin at the center. If you want to donate but do not have time we are happy to shop for you. Just see your teacher or the front office and we can take cash, check, or venmo. We will give you a receipt and show you what was purchased with your donation. Thank you for your help.
