Since its opening in 1987, The Dance Academy has secured its place among the finest dance schools in the tri-state area. Under the direction of Miss Donnajean Kline (BFA in Dance, Temple University) and staffed by a group of highly-trained instructors, The Dance Academy has acquired countless awards and accolades each year at local, national, and international competitions. Our graduates have gone

on to successful careers in dance: performing in stage shows, on nationally ranked dance teams, on cruise ships, in Hollywood films, and national as well as international tours. For four decades, our studio has been dedicated to providing exceptional dance training in a nurturing, encouraging environment. From tiny dancers just 18 months old to young adults, we create a place where every dancer can learn, grow, and find their confidence.

Dance is so much more than steps—it builds strength, coordination, flexibility, discipline, confidence, creativity, teamwork, and lifelong friendships. It teaches children to set goals, persevere through challenges, express themselves, and celebrate their accomplishments along the way. ❤️🖤🤍

Whether dancing simply for the joy of it or pursuing advanced competitive training, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to experience the magic of dance.
