Elevate Your Game This June!

We’re excited to host a free Speed, Agility, & Injury Prevention camp for Holdrege athletes! Led by Jacob Ellis (Duster Strength & Conditioning) and the therapists from Inspire Rehab, this program focuses on athleticism, mechanics, and preventing lower extremity injuries.

📅 Dates & Times

High School: June 1, 3, 8, 10
🏃‍♂️ Boys: 6:15–7:15 AM
🏃‍♀️ Girls: 7:15–8:15 AM

Middle School: June 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17
👟 8:15–9:15 AM (Mixed)

These sessions take place during already scheduled weights times, so it’s completely FREE of charge! Don’t miss this chance to train with the pros.

🛑 Summer Moratorium (NO WORKOUTS): June 28 – July 4

Monday – Thursday Sessions

🌅 6:15 AM: High School Boys

🌅 7:15 AM: High School Girls

🌅 8:15 AM (Mon & Wed ONLY): Middle School (Grades 7–8)

🌆 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Evening Session (Open to all HS)

Friday Sessions

🔓 Open Weights: Time TBA (Stay tuned for updates!)

📍 Location: HHS Weight Room

👟 What to Bring: Proper athletic shoes, a full water bottle, and accountability.

🗣️ Communication: If you have family vacations outside of the moratorium week, make sure to let your coaches know ahead of time.
