Vamos Mixed Martial Arts Vamos Mixed Martial Arts is Suffolk County Long Island's Premier Mixed Martial Art Facility, with locations in Holbrook and Riverhead New York. We specialize in Brazilian Jiujitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Judo and Wrestling.

Good afternoon, we have made the difficult decision to cancel classes. Our staff and students health and safety is our highest priority. Out in an abundance of caution all locations will be closed this Monday-Friday. At this time, we plan to re-open on Saturday, March 21. We will reassess the situation as we get closer to that date. Our staff will be posting some drills and techniques for both children and adults so you can continue your training at home. Please stay safe and we look forward to seeing everyone on the mats again soon!
