In preparing for the upcoming year, we are asking for your help! We would like for each faculty member to be adopted. This means committing to encourage the faculty member throughout the year! It can be sending a card, their favorite drink or snack, etc. If you’d like to adopt a faculty member (teacher, office staff, lunchroom, custodian, SRO,counselor, etc.), please email [email protected]. You can choose a number from the calendar (once spoken for, they’ll be marked off), or choose a particular faculty member. Once I have the faculty members “favorite” information, I will send it to you! Thank you for helping encourage our faculty!

A huge THANK YOU to a local farmer who is generously donating all proceeds from his watermelon sales to Hokes Bluff Middle School! We were excited to spend today picking and loading up these sweet summer treats, and they’ll soon be available for purchase at Beans and Greens and HB Hardware!

And a special THANK YOU to everyone who came out today to help pick, load, and make this happen. We couldn’t do it without you!

Go Eagles! And go enjoy some watermelon! 🍉

Deputy Deason is the BEST SRO! We are so thankful to have him at HBMS!

Etowah County Sheriff's Office is proud to introduce Deputy Deason, the School Resource Officer serving Hokes Bluff Elementary and Middle School!

Deputy Deason has served in law enforcement for 13 years, with all 13 years dedicated to the School Resource Officer program. We're grateful for his dedication to our students and our community!
