To help make school visits safer and easier, we’ll now be using Circool—a simple, secure check-in system trusted by many other local school districts at our elementary schools. You should have seen the paperwork come home a few days ago, or you may have already tried the system out yourself!

Here’s how it works:
When you visit our schools, show your Circool Pass (QR Code) on your phone to check in at the Self-Service Kiosk in the front office. Select where you’re headed, and your visitor badge will print instantly. It’s quick and easy!
When will I use Circool?
1. Visiting the School: For individual meetings, lunches, etc.
2. Checking your child in or out: Circool helps the school confirm that students are being checked in or out by an approved adult.
3. Attending School Events: School events appear in Circool so you can RSVP and access your event pass before you arrive.
4. Unscheduled early dismissal: If school needs to dismiss early or reunify students with families, Circool helps the school check students out safely, quickly, and accurately.

Shirts are available in Gilden and Comfort Colors, as well as adult and children’s sizes.

Sweatshirts are available as hoodies or crew necks, in adult and children’s sizes.

Hats are available in three styles.

Blankets are 50”x60”.

💚🦅 **We LOVE Our HBES PTO!** 🦅💚

If you were at Meet the Teacher, you probably saw some of these smiling faces working hard behind the scenes! 😊

Our HBES PTO does SO much to make our school a special place. They volunteer their time, help our events run smoothly, decorate, bring in the fun, jump in wherever they’re needed, AND they do it all with big smiles on their faces!💚

From the big events to the little details, they are constantly finding ways to support our students, staff, and school community. Their time, energy, creativity, and willingness to help mean more than they know!

We are incredibly thankful for each and every one of you. Thank you for loving our Eagles and our school so well!🦅💚

Before our little Eagles walk through the doors tomorrow morning, there are so many people behind the scenes who have been pouring their hearts into getting HBES ready for them.

Our faculty and staff take so much pride in our school community. They bring love, dedication, creativity, and countless hours of hard work into creating a space where our Eagles feel welcome, safe, and excited to learn and grow.

This summer, they’ve been waxing floors, scrubbing walls, painting hallways, organizing, preparing classrooms, making schedules, planning, creating, moving, cleaning, and doing everything in between. AND they’ve done it all with one thing in mind—our students.💚

So, before we welcome our little Eagles back tomorrow, we want to say THANK YOU to the faculty and staff who give so much of themselves to make HBES a place our students love to call home.

Here’s just a little peek at what all that hard work looks like and what our little Eagles will walk into tomorrow morning! 🥰

We are incredibly proud of our HBES family. Tomorrow, students will see the finished product, and we get to see the love and hard work that made it happen.💚🦅
