There will be a Parents Meeting tomorrow (Thursday) night at 6:30pm in the HHS Auditorium for Fall Sports. After a short introduction, the parents will meet with their respective coach in an assigned room. Go Cards!!

The 17th Annual USD 431 Education Foundation Golf Tournament will be on Saturday, September 5th at Lake Barton Golf Course. Here is the link for tee times for the 4 player scramble. Aug 4-6: MS/HS Band Camp 8:30-11:30 at the HS.

Aug 6: Chromebook Handout in HHS Auditorium (FR 8:00, Soph 8:45, JR 9:30, SR 10:15). The $35 tech fee must be paid before students get Chromebooks! Students who miss will get chromebooks after school on Aug 13.

Aug 12: Freshman Orientation in HHS Auditorium at 1:00, only students need to attend, no parents/guardians.

The Cardinals were well represented last weekend at the Kansas Shrine Bowl 🏈 in Emporia. Taylen Morales was one of only three area players chosen to play for the West Squad. In addition, the Cheer Squad attended a five day camp on the ESU campus and performed at the game. Go Cards!

The Crimson Girls Dance Team recently attended the UDA Dance Camp at Sterling College. The team brought back several awards including a 5th place home routine, a blue ribbon for performance routine, and various other honors. Also, a special congrats 👏👏 to Macie Strong for being selected All American!

Congratulations 👏👏 to HHS Grad Mason Martin who was selected to play in the Kansas Basketball Coaches Association All Star Game. The event will be held June 20th at 8pm on the campus of Kansas Wesleyan in Salina.

Congratulations 👏🎉 to the Cardinal Baseball and Softball players that were recently named to the All League Teams. Thomas Higgins (OF) was named to the CKL ⚾️ 1st Team. Marcus Ingram (C) was named 2nd team. Joining the Honorable Mention: (1B) Kaydin Umphrey and (SS) Brodie Crites. HHS frosh Myah Frederking was named 2nd Team Outfielder for 🥎, while junior Brynn Tarlton made 2nd Team at two positions (Pitcher and Infielder). The Cardinals also had three players named Honorable Mention: Reese Vaughn (C), Marly Brewer (Infield), and Reece Aylward (Utility).
