Our population of approximately 460 encompasses students of many diverse backgrounds and cultures in kindergarten through sixth grade. We strive to provide the kind of individual attention that encourages students both academically and socially and makes our large school seem like a smaller, more personal one. Thomas Jefferson’s mission is to empower our students to be self-motivated, world-class

learners who demonstrate respect, responsibility, and commitment to academic excellence. Our motto is “One Terrific Journey,” and staff, parents, and community supporters are all dedicated to making each child’s “journey” at Thomas Jefferson truly terrific!

Womp womp… No-Stress Fundraiser is, quite honestly, stressing me out!
TJ families, WE NEED YOU! We are way behind on our goal. Even just $25 per student would put us way above our “Bananas” goal!

We know not every family is in a place where they are comfortable donating, so we’d like to ask any families who feel so inclined to consider “sponsoring” a couple extra students when they donate.

Every amount matters! Thank you SO MUCH to those of you who have donated thus far. We see you and appreciate you!!

👥 Join us for the PTsA VIRTUAL Monthly Meeting on Tuesday, August 25th at 7:30PM

We’re excited to begin a new school year together, and we invite every TJMS family to stay connected and involved. One of the best ways to do that is by joining our monthly PTSA meetings, held virtually so you can participate from wherever you are.

Monthly Meeting Schedule (Changed from last year)

3rd Tuesday of every month
7:30–8:30 PM (CST)
All meetings are VIRTUAL on Zoom

Because the school year begins during Week 3, our first meeting will be:

Just $25 per student would put us far over our “best year ever goal,” and we haven’t even reached our “basic essentials” marker. PLEASE donate today so we can give our students & staff the year they deserve!
