This week our 4th grade students led us in prayer and the pledge, this week's Get Knighted winners were announced, and our Student Council Vice President announced the publication the year's first edition of the school newspaper, The Knightly News.

To celebrate the return of Fall, our preschoolers had an apple testing test. They tried various apples and noted differences and similarities in how they appealed to the 5 senses.
It was great to have our choir at this morning's Mass in honor of St. Vincent de Paul. Petitions were lead by third grade and the psalm by eighth grade.
Students had the opportunity to get up close and personal with Officer Jones’ police car during 6th grade DARE! He even turned on his siren for them as he was leaving. The students loved it and are really enjoying DARE!

Only 1 day until Track-A-Thon! 🏃♀️🏃🏃♂️ Joshua (4th grade) braved the rain over the weekend and pushed a super heavy cart to help acquire drinks and snacks for Track-a-Thon. Many thanks to him, his family and all of our volunteers who have helped prepare for tomorrow!
Our students have been so excited about the new park district playground behind our school. Today 8th grade got to go over there for the last half of Faith class to just enjoy the beautiful weather God gave us today and act like kids again!

Our Kindergarten and First Graders visited the Statue of Our Lady of Fatima, which is part of the Fatima Tour for Peace. They prayed in front of the International Pilgrim Virgin Statue, which has been travelling around the world to over 100 countries for over 70 years. On Friday, the Student Council announced Track-A-Thon student incentives at a special assembly, and Ms. Cooper and the summer drama club performed the Jungle Book for our students.
